Help me with my paintball marker please!!!?

ok i have a posted here before many times but i have a icd promaster and when i pull the bolt back it wont stay it just goes forward. it should stay but idk why. also i have seen other people who has one and the bolt stays also the solenoid is quiet and not easy to here idk if that affects anything but im not sure. please help!!!!!
