Flying into Heathow (Terminal 1)?

I am flying from Belfast into Terminal 1 (Heathrow) and catching a Quantas flight to Australia (Terminal 4) and I have 1 hour and 40 minutes between landing and flying out again. Quantas says we have loads of time. Are they right?
