What should i do???

ok so i have the friend that i call my best friend and like during the summer me and her got into alot of illegal trouble and when her parents found out they said that i wouldn't be able to hangout with her and she told me that she wouldn't let them get between our 13 yrs of knowing eachother (i've known her since i was a baby) but when i go to school and everything she acts like she doesn't even care if im around. im so confused what should i do. should i go my own way orr.....
