What has stopped a global Jihad thus far in the present?

The guys who wear diapers on their heads are to busy blowing up girls schools in Pakistan, locking women in closets in Saudi Arabia, and beheading Christians in Iran to think globally. They bicker and posture among themselves. Outside of oil revenues, they don't build economies that support armies. How long have they been trying to drive Israeli Jews into the sea? They can't do it, can they? They use tyranny and fatwas to rule-it's not very effective.
