My heart is rumbling. HELP!???

Also my left arm has a little pain but Ive had an MRI, 2 EKG's, bloodwork done twice, blood pressure normal and xrays. The docs keep telling me my heart is fine but when I do anything active I get dizzy and my heart starts rumbling as well as my stomach growling. it feels like little pokes sometimes in my heart? What can this be??????
