Could I become the president?

Since I will be going to college next year, I was debating with myself about which college major to choose. Then I wondered if I could run for the presidency of Pakistan, for I am a dual citizen of Pakistan and US; and I have lived in Pakistan for nine years. However, my mentioned goal is only possible with foreign aid because any new political parties in Pakistan are crushed by corrupt, stronger parties, including that of current president of Pakistan Zardari. Currently, only 5% of the Pakistani population votes(according to Aga Khan public poll), for most Pakistanis are disgusted by all running, presidential candidates. As a foreign-educated and tactical leader, I believe I could entice the majority of Pakistani people's votes for me. Also if with foreign help, I became the president of Pakistan, I would allow full cooperation of the Pakistani government to US in all matters of international involvement. So do you think CIA or FBI or any other governmental agency will aid my presidential candidacy?
