Does it matter which Kaiser pharmacy I go to so I can pick up a prescription?

I went to a kaiser medical office for an appointment because the one I usually go to had no available appointments. The doctor I saw said she would put in a prescription for me today through the computer system, but does it matter if I go to my usual pharmacy, or do I have to go back to the other office to pick it up? The doctor I saw also usually works in the office I go to.
